Learn to lead

How can you join a K-Kids club?
If you’re a student in primary/elementary school (age 6-11) and you want to help others and learn to be a leader, K-Kids is the place for you. Here’s how to join:

If your school or organization has a K-Kids club:

    1. Contact the faculty advisor to let them know you want to join. Make sure to find out when and where meetings are held.

    2. Ask your parent or guardian to sign a permission to participate form.

    3. Attend your first meeting!

If your school or organization does not have a K-Kids club:

    1. Ask your parent or guardian to help you contact a Kiwanis club in your community. Use the Kiwanis club locator to find one.

    2. Talk with the Kiwanis club president or secretary and ask for their help in starting a club.

If there isn’t a Kiwanis club in your community, email us at  to learn how your school or organization can start a club.
