First-ever Kiwanis International Day at the White House

"Every day, members of the Kiwanis family serve their communities. On Friday, September 21, fourteen of them will be recognized as Champions of Change during the first-ever Kiwanis International Day at the White House. (A Kiwanian from Indiana, William Beard, Kiwanis Club of Frankfort, is one who will be recognized for his dedication to his local community.)

The Champions of Change program was created to honor ordinary Americans doing extraordinary work in their communities. The Kiwanis Champions of Change represent the entire Kiwanis family—from Kiwanis Kids to Circle K International to Aktion Club to Kiwanis. They will be honored for their service to their local and global communities.

Even though you may not be in Washington, D.C., you can still participate in Kiwanis Day at the White House. Watch the events live and learn more at Live stream events include the Champions of Change event at 12:45 p.m. EDT on Friday, September 21. People around the country can join the conversation on Twitter using the hashtag #WHKiwanis."
